Ring Size Guide

Getting the right fit is key for comfort, wearability, and peace of mind. We’re not aiming for perfection, but for the sweet spot: a size that stays put on colder days, even if it feels a bit snug during peak summer heat. That’s part of wearing a ring that truly fits. Here’s how to find your ideal size.

The Best Method

For the most accurate fit, we recommend visiting a local jewelry store to have your finger professionally sized. It’s quick, easy, and gives you confidence in your selection.

You can also order a reusable ring sizing tool directly from our website. It’s an affordable and accurate option that you can use at home, making it beneficial if you’re planning a surprise gift.

A Note for Custom Clients

If you’re working with us on a custom piece that is a surprise, ie, an engagement ring, a sizing is expected and included up to a year after your purchase.

If the end wearer is part of the process, we prefer to obtain a size measurement before starting the process and again at the time of model viewing. An adjustment is also included in this case, although it is often unnecessary.

We want to make sure your ring fits beautifully. If you undergo a lifestyle change and require an additional adjustment, we will discuss a fee for the service.

Within reason, minor tweaks are feasible and cost-free.

Tips for Accurate Sizing

If you're using one of our sizing tools, measure your fingers in the morning, midday, and at the end of the day, when they are at their largest.

There should be tension at the knuckle while taking your ring off.

We want your ring to fit through all seasons. Tighter at the peak of summer, and we want to be able to wear your ring with confidence during the coldest days.

Ring sizes can vary slightly depending on the design. If your ring is wide, it may require a quarter size larger than usual for a comfortable fit.

Necklace Size Guide

Necklaces come in a variety of lengths, and the perfect length depends on personal style, comfort, and how you plan to wear the necklace. Here are common necklace lengths and how they fit.

Measure a Necklace You Already Own

If you already have a necklace that fits just right, use it as your reference. Lay the necklace flat on a surface and measure its length from clasp to jump ring with a ruler. Ensure that you include the clasp in your measurement, as it will impact the total length.

Use String or a Soft Tape Measure

Take a piece of string or a soft, flexible measuring tape and wrap it around your neck where you’d like the necklace to sit. Once you’ve found the spot that feels comfortable mark the string and measure the length with a ruler. This method gives you full control over where the necklace will fall.

Jewelry Care

Caring for your jewelry properly ensures it shines brilliantly and maintains its integrity for years to come. Fortunately, with just a little attention, your pieces will stay beautiful and strong.

When to Remove Your Jewelry

We create jewelry designed for everyday wear. However, for certain activities, it's best to remove your pieces to prevent damage. For instance, when working out, rock climbing, swimming, or soaking in hot tubs or sulfur baths, it's advisable to remove your jewelry.

If your pieces feature softer gemstones like opals or emeralds, be mindful of impacts against hard surfaces, hot tubs, and hair dye.

When not in use, store your jewelry in its own compartment or box to avoid scratches

Diamonds, Sapphires, and Rubies

For diamonds and harder gemstones, a simple cleaning routine is all you need. Soak your jewelry in warm water with mild dish soap, then gently scrub it with a soft toothbrush. Be sure to rinse and dry thoroughly. Always clean over a bowl or glass, never directly over the sink, to avoid accidentally dropping your fine jewelry.

Opals

Opals require extra care. Their softer nature (5-6.5 on the hardness scale) makes them more prone to scratches and damage. They are porous, so avoid exposure to chemicals in lotions, cleaning products, or soaps.

Remove opal jewelry before washing your hands or showering.

To clean, gently wash with warm water and mild dish soap using your fingers. Always clean over a bowl or glass, never directly over the sink, to avoid accidentally dropping your pieces.

Precious Metals

Gold, platinum, and palladium are durable and resistant to tarnishing, though they may develop wear marks over time, which we believe add to their character. For high-polish pieces, use a polishing cloth to maintain a scratch-free finish. To clean, use warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft toothbrush to reach any dirt in crevices. Always clean over a bowl or glass, never directly over the sink, to avoid accidentally dropping your fine jewelry.
